About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop visual assets for social media (carousels, posts, stories, thumbnails, covers, etc.), ensuring aesthetic consistency and adherence to brand guidelines;
- Contribute to the development of creative concepts for campaigns, editorial content, and special projects;
- Ensure correct application of the brand's visual identity across all digital touchpoints;
- Drive the visual evolution of channels by proposing improvements to layouts, formats, and creative approaches;
- Adapt key visuals into different formats and platforms, respecting best practices for each channel (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.);
- Collaborate with the Social Media and Content teams to create higher-performing assets driven by data and trends;
- Make quick adjustments and revisions while maintaining a high standard of quality in deliverables;
- Support and mentor more junior designers, contributing to the team's technical and creative development;
- Work collaboratively with content, marketing, and product teams to strengthen the brand's digital presence.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience as a Designer, working on digital projects and social media;
- Proficient in design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, After Effects and/or similar);
- Experience creating social media assets and understanding platform best practices;
- Knowledge of performance-driven design (engagement, retention, CTR);
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organization and quality;
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present and defend creative concepts;
- Proactive, creative profile with strong critical thinking.
- Nice-to-haves / Differentials:
- Experience with motion design;
- Experience working in Social Media or digital marketing teams;
- Experience in branding and visual identity development;
- Familiarity with prototyping tools (Figma) and/or AI applied to creation (Pupila, MidJourney, etc.).
