About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Structure and execute the Institute's research and innovation agenda, aligning it with strategic priorities and society's health needs;
Identify, develop and manage projects submitted to public and private funding calls (FINEP, CNPq, FAPESP, foundations and international organizations), from mapping to final reporting;
Develop and maintain partnerships with universities, research institutes, companies and organizations in the health and social innovation ecosystem;
Serve as a cross-cutting technical reference, supporting other areas of the Institute in incorporating research and innovation methodologies into their projects and programs;
Represent the Institute in forums, events and thematic networks on research, innovation and health, expanding its presence and influence in the ecosystem;
Contribute to the training and technical development of internal teams, promoting a culture of research, evidence and innovation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Collective Health (Public Health), Nursing, Biological Sciences, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields;
Postgraduate degree (specialization, master's or doctorate) in Public Health, Innovation, Health Management or related areas is highly desirable.
Scientific research and research ethics;
Preparation and management of projects for funding calls (FINEP, CNPq, FAPESP);
Health innovation and development of products and processes (methodologies);
Knowledge of the Brazilian health ecosystem (SUS, public policies, health agenda);
Project management;
Academic and scientific production (articles, reports, whitepapers).
