About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor and analyze the product's organic performance;
Identify growth opportunities in SEO and CRO;
Propose and prioritize technical, content, and conversion improvements;
Monitor acquisition, engagement, and conversion metrics;
Build recurring analyses and executive presentations;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, primarily development, product, and content;
Support data-driven decision making;
Formulate hypotheses and identify ongoing optimization opportunities.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience in SEO;
Analytical, data-driven profile;
Experience with performance analysis and user behavior;
Knowledge of CRO and conversion optimization;
Proficiency with tools such as:
GA4;
Google Search Console;
SEMrush (or similar tools);
Experience building executive presentations and narratives;
Strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders;
Ability to prioritize and work autonomously.
Nice-to-haves: Experience with high-traffic digital products; Technical SEO knowledge; Experience with testing, experimentation, or funnel analysis; Close experience working with product or development teams.
