About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Handle incoming leads, preferably by phone, and through the other communication channels used by the company;
  • Act in compliance with legal requirements and internal policies by actively participating in training and reporting potential challenges, safeguarding confidential information in accordance with Afya's code of ethics and the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law);
  • Interact and negotiate with prospective customers in a personalized manner (understanding each individual's profile, pain points, and needs), tailoring IPEMED's products and services to clients’ requirements to drive conversions and customer satisfaction, while meeting department targets for both student numbers and product mix;
  • Provide feedback into Afya's system with information about customers — including their expectations and any negative experiences with Afya's products or services — to contribute to Afya's continuous improvement;
  • Ensure prompt and accurate responses to interested customers, recording all activities (such as emails and calls) in the CRM to maintain control of customer relationships;
  • Maintain follow-up on opportunities and contacts through CRM tasks and WhatsApp Business tools to maximize sales effectiveness.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Marketing, Law and/or related fields;
  • Experience in sales or lead qualification;
  • Experience using CRM software;
  • Experience selling courses in the education sector;
  • Self-motivated, resilient, positive and organized profile;
  • Ability to work with a high volume of contacts;
  • Excellent written communication skills, ensuring clarity, professionalism and persuasiveness in interactions with leads;
  • Preferred: online certification in Inside Sales (HubSpot, TISS, Universidade Rock, RD University, etc.);
  • Plus: experience with sales in medical education;
  • Availability: monthly workload of 180 hours, schedule 14:00 to 20:15 Monday to Friday and Saturdays;
