About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the user experience vision for the integration between digital and in-person channels;
Map and evolve omnichannel customer journeys, eliminating friction at all touchpoints;
Be the voice of the user in product, technology, and operations decisions;
Monitor and act on NPS and experience metrics, turning data into action;
Collaborate actively with areas such as Product, IT, Operations, and Business;
Conduct research, testing, and continuous improvement cycles.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience in UX for complex digital products;
Experience with platform migrations or digital transformation projects;
Ability to move between strategy and execution;
Familiarity with NPS, CX metrics, and analytics tools;
Clear communication with stakeholders at multiple levels;
Senior-level autonomy to operate in high-ambiguity scenarios;
Experience with in-person operations (retail, services, healthcare, logistics);
Knowledge of Design Systems and UX governance;
Experience in digital–physical integration projects.
