About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the creation, organization, and execution of the social media editorial calendar;
Produce and adapt copy for posts, captions, stories, and simple scripts, using AI tools as a creative and productivity aid, always with human review and brand alignment;
Schedule and publish content across social media platforms;
Monitor interactions (comments, messages) and flag relevant requests for the team;
Assist in collecting, organizing, and performing basic performance metric analysis;
Help organize briefings and requests for creative assets and videos;
Ensure consistency in tone of voice, visual identity, and brand positioning;
Support the team with operational tasks related to campaigns and projects;
Use digital and AI tools ethically and responsibly, in accordance with internal policies.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience (including internships, academic projects, or extracurricular activities) in social media, digital marketing, or communications;
Hands-on experience producing social media content, organizing editorial calendars, supporting editorial planning, and tracking publications;
Basic knowledge of social media metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth);
Initial experience or familiarity with AI tools applied to content creation, ideation, text generation, creative support, and productivity (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, AI design or automation tools);
Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe, Figma);
Familiarity with task management tools (Trello, Asana, Notion, ClickUp);
Interest in digital trends, the creator economy, and content for education/health;
Experience with agile methodologies or working in squads;
Curiosity and proactivity in using AI tools to optimize processes and improve the quality of deliverables.
