About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and execute, together with the brand ambassador, activation activities for Medcel within the universities in your portfolio, taking into account the specific characteristics of each campus and audience.
- Represent Medcel at in-person and virtual events and present our products to the target audience.
- Create monthly activities to include in the ambassador's checklist, monitoring the results of each activity.
- Track the number of students at each university, monitoring growth and/or decline and consistently comparing results to previous years.
- Map new universities in your region and recruit new ambassadors to ensure 100% coverage.
- Ensure ambassadors have the necessary information through regular meetings, training, support materials, and daily assistance.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
- Experience in trade marketing, relationship management, or commercial/sales roles.
- Experience in the education sector is a plus.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and CRM systems is desirable.
- Hybrid work model based in Minas Gerais.
- Availability for periodic travel within Brazil and internationally.
