About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a decision partner, structuring problems and directing where to focus based on data;
Define hypotheses and strategic questions, going beyond initial requests to arrive at relevant decisions;
Design and evaluate experiments, ensuring clear metrics, success criteria, and statistical rigor;
Apply causality methods, distinguishing correlation from real impact to support decisions;
Produce actionable analyses, connecting data to strategy and avoiding deliverables without practical impact;
Build dashboards and visualizations oriented toward decision-making;
Translate complex analyses into clear, objective recommendations for different audiences;
Influence stakeholders based on data, fostering technical discussions and data-backed decisions;
Raise the analytical level of squads, spreading best practices and strengthening the data-driven culture;
Connect product metrics (funnel, retention, engagement) to business levers.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Data Science, or related fields;
Solid experience in Analytics, close to decision-making in digital product or business contexts;
Ability to structure problems (problem framing) before analysis, connecting data to decisions;
Experience with experimentation and causality, including hypothesis testing, metrics, and decision criteria;
Strong command of statistics and modeling, using regression, GLM, time series, or equivalent methods;
Practical experience with Python and/or R for data analysis;
Advanced SQL for data manipulation and extraction;
Experience with BI tools, especially Power BI (advanced DAX);
Knowledge of product metrics, such as funnel, retention, engagement, and user experience;
Strong communication skills, translating analyses into clear, actionable recommendations;
Plus: experience in healthtech or high-growth, transformational environments.
