About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and update Product Marketing materials such as presentations, one-pagers, and commercial proposals;
  • Support the creation of pitch decks and product storytelling, ensuring clarity and message consistency;
  • Execute go-to-market (GTM) plans, coordinating timelines, campaigns, and deliverables;
  • Support alignment between Marketing and Sales, ensuring execution within deadlines;
  • Contribute to sales enablement initiatives by creating materials for each stage of the funnel and keeping playbooks up to date;
  • Support training and enablement for the commercial team on products and offerings;
  • Organize and document the product and offering portfolio, ensuring standardization and clarity of information;
  • Track campaign and launch metrics, consolidating performance data (engagement, conversion, material usage);
  • Generate insights for continuous improvement of GTM strategies;
  • Work collaboratively with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Content teams to ensure alignment and smooth delivery.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields;
  • Previous experience in Product Marketing or related roles;
  • Experience creating marketing or commercial materials;
  • Experience with campaigns, product launches (GTM), and project coordination;
  • Knowledge of the customer journey and sales funnel;
  • Familiarity with content marketing, campaigns, and performance metrics (engagement, conversion, etc.);
  • Excellent written communication with the ability to structure clear and concise messages;
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively;
  • Proactive with an ownership mindset and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders;
  • Preferred: experience with digital products, B2B, sales enablement, or experience in healthtech, edtech, or media.
