Product Marketing Analyst (Mid-level)
AfyaProduct Marketing Analyst role at Afya focusing on integrating strategies across Product, Marketing, and Sales teams. Aiming for effective execution of go-to-market initiatives in the health sector.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and update Product Marketing materials such as presentations, one-pagers, and commercial proposals;
- Support the creation of pitch decks and product storytelling, ensuring clarity and message consistency;
- Execute go-to-market (GTM) plans, coordinating timelines, campaigns, and deliverables;
- Support alignment between Marketing and Sales, ensuring execution within deadlines;
- Contribute to sales enablement initiatives by creating materials for each stage of the funnel and keeping playbooks up to date;
- Support training and enablement for the commercial team on products and offerings;
- Organize and document the product and offering portfolio, ensuring standardization and clarity of information;
- Track campaign and launch metrics, consolidating performance data (engagement, conversion, material usage);
- Generate insights for continuous improvement of GTM strategies;
- Work collaboratively with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Content teams to ensure alignment and smooth delivery.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields;
- Previous experience in Product Marketing or related roles;
- Experience creating marketing or commercial materials;
- Experience with campaigns, product launches (GTM), and project coordination;
- Knowledge of the customer journey and sales funnel;
- Familiarity with content marketing, campaigns, and performance metrics (engagement, conversion, etc.);
- Excellent written communication with the ability to structure clear and concise messages;
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively;
- Proactive with an ownership mindset and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders;
- Preferred: experience with digital products, B2B, sales enablement, or experience in healthtech, edtech, or media.
