About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate the area's strategic planning by analyzing our target audience (physicians), monitoring KPIs and each business consultant's daily visits;
  • Define performance indicators for the area, analyze results using BI reports, and guide the team in developing action plans to reverse underperforming indicators;
  • Build the action calendar for brand activation focusing on lead generation and enrollments at the end of the process;
  • Manage the team through daily meetings, ensuring everyone is familiar with our products, company targets and objectives, as well as current campaigns;
  • Act as a facilitator for the team's requests, interfacing with other areas when necessary to support management of their portfolios;
  • Ensure the development of the employees under your responsibility through the use of people management tools;
  • Act in compliance with legal requirements and internal policies by actively participating in trainings and reporting potential deviations. Safeguard confidential information in accordance with Afya's Code of Ethics;
  • Ensure the application of quality management in the area under your responsibility by using and promoting quality management tools;
  • Ensure planning and budget compliance for the area under your responsibility by managing budgeted vs. actual results.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • Experience in the role and preferably in serving medical professionals;
  • Experience in leadership positions;
  • Intermediate MS Office skills;
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and CRM systems; knowledge of management methodologies.
  • Availability to travel.
