About the role

  • Supervise and mentor the UX team, fostering a collaborative environment and continuous learning;
  • Define clear goals and work guidelines for the team, ensuring alignment with product and company objectives;
  • Develop and communicate a strategic vision for the user experience across the company's digital products;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into effective design solutions;
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the UX team, encouraging experimentation and learning, identifying opportunities for improvement, and proposing initiatives;
  • Lead the UX design process from research and analysis through prototyping and usability testing;
  • Ensure user-centered design principles are applied at all stages of product development;
  • Collaborate with visual design and development teams to ensure consistency and technical feasibility of proposed design solutions;
  • Regularly evaluate UX design processes and practices, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency;
  • Stay up to date on UX design trends and best practices, sharing knowledge with the team and applying it to projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field, or technical certification in UX/Product Design, Information Architecture, or UX Writing;
  • Proficiency in design and facilitation methodologies: Double Diamond, Design Thinking, Design Sprint, JTBD, etc.;
  • Knowledge of product discovery: quantitative tools (surveys, analytics, A/B testing, etc.) and qualitative methods (ethnography, benchmarking, interviews, usability testing, focus groups, etc.);
  • Knowledge of product delivery: information architecture, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and handoff;
  • Experience with agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, Lean Startup, etc.;
  • Proficiency with design tools: Figma, FigJam, ProtoPie, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.;
  • Experience with collaboration and communication tools: Slack, Notion, Jira, etc.;
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, HTML, and CSS;
  • Proficiency in English.
