About the role

  • Collect, process, and analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data;
  • Develop statistical and machine learning models for forecasting and classification;
  • Create dashboards and reports to track business metrics;
  • Partner with business teams to identify data-driven opportunities;
  • Implement and monitor models in production;
  • Ensure data quality and governance;
  • Explore new techniques and tools for data analysis and AI.

Requirements

  • Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field;
  • Experience with languages such as Python or R;
  • Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation;
  • Experience with machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch);
  • Knowledge of applied statistics and predictive modeling;
  • Experience with data visualization (Power BI, Tableau, etc.);
  • Preferred: experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP);
  • Experience with MLOps and model deployment;
  • Knowledge of LLMs and generative AI;
  • Experience working in agile environments;
  • Differentiators: experience with churn, recommendation, or demand forecasting models;
  • Ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions.
