About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collect, process, and analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data;
Develop statistical and machine learning models for forecasting and classification;
Create dashboards and reports to track business metrics;
Partner with business teams to identify data-driven opportunities;
Implement and monitor models in production;
Ensure data quality and governance;
Explore new techniques and tools for data analysis and AI.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field;
Experience with languages such as Python or R;
Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation;
Experience with machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch);
Knowledge of applied statistics and predictive modeling;
Experience with data visualization (Power BI, Tableau, etc.);
Preferred: experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP);
Experience with MLOps and model deployment;
Knowledge of LLMs and generative AI;
Experience working in agile environments;
Differentiators: experience with churn, recommendation, or demand forecasting models;
Ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions.
