About the role

  • Responsible for handling general access requests, ensuring correct resolution of access tickets in compliance with the rules, procedures and SOX controls involved in the processes.
  • Conduct problem management, proposing technical solutions aimed at mitigating errors and improving established processes.
  • Monitor and execute the area's SOX controls, as well as follow developments and test flows developed in ServiceNow.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Experience providing user support.
  • Experience using Service Desk tools.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience mapping and executing processes.
  • Knowledge of ITSM/IAM systems.
  • Certifications are a plus (ITIL, COBIT, ITSM, etc.).
  • Advantage: Knowledge and experience with ServiceNow.
