About the role

  • Plan, implement and manage asset security policies, standards and procedures;
  • Analyze risks and vulnerabilities and develop prevention and contingency plans;
  • Coordinate and supervise third-party security and guarding companies;
  • Manage electronic security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms, electric fences, etc.);
  • Work on loss prevention, theft, vandalism and incidents;
  • Prepare management reports, indicators (KPIs) and performance analyses;
  • Work collaboratively with areas such as Legal, Compliance and IT;
  • Ensure compliance with legislation, technical standards and corporate policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed);
  • Experience in risk and vulnerability analysis, with the ability to develop action plans, prevention measures and contingency plans;
  • Previous experience in managing asset/physical security;
  • Availability to travel.
