About the role

  • Supervise the technical execution of projects, solving complex challenges, monitoring progress, and delivering efficient, scalable, sustainable, and high-quality solutions that meet key engineering requirements.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse and inclusive team of software engineers, fostering their professional growth and supporting them in achieving their goals.
  • Promote and maintain a culture of engineering excellence while guiding the design and development of technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other departments to ensure technical alignment, evaluate alternatives, and secure on-time delivery, in partnership with your manager.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in at least one programming language, with a willingness to learn additional languages.
  • Experience leading software engineers in building products or platforms.
  • Motivated professionals who want to have real impact through structured, high-quality software, valuing work-life balance.
  • Strong sense of ownership, able to manage issues end-to-end, delegate tasks effectively, and seek the knowledge required to complete the work.
  • Enthusiasm for both hands-on technical work and team leadership to achieve high performance.
  • Experience managing complex projects with multiple dependencies.
  • Proven track record of developing successful products or platforms at recognized companies.
  • Experience working with large-scale distributed systems, including testing and optimizing for scalability.
  • Excellent people management skills with a proven history of building high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead diverse teams.
