About the role

  • Plan, execute and monitor the social media editorial calendar, ensuring brand consistency, posting cadence and alignment with marketing objectives;
  • Create strategic content (copy and creative direction) for different platforms, adapting tone, format and approach according to the channel and target audience;
  • Manage the brand’s social media profiles, including posting content, engaging with the audience (comments, direct messages) and moderation;
  • Monitor digital trends, user behavior and content opportunities (trends, memes, relevant dates), proposing agile and creative actions;
  • Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, conversions), producing insights and recommendations for continuous optimization;
  • Prepare regular performance reports, providing critical interpretation of results and suggestions for improvement;
  • Collaborate with design, content and media teams, ensuring clear briefs and alignment in campaign execution;
  • Support the planning and execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns, contributing social-specific strategies;
  • Run A/B tests and experiments on formats, posting times and approaches to maximize results;
  • Track and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met, managing simultaneous requests efficiently;
  • Support social listening initiatives and management of the brand’s online reputation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related fields;
  • Previous experience managing social media for brands or companies;
  • Excellent written communication and strong copywriting skills;
  • Organized, able to manage multiple tasks and schedules;
  • Creative, proactive and results-oriented profile;
  • Experience planning and managing social media content (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.);
  • Experience creating editorial calendars and tracking timelines;
  • Familiarity with management and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout, etc.);
  • Monitoring metrics and KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions);
  • Basic knowledge of paid social media – a plus;
  • Awareness of digital trends, memes and user behavior;
  • Basic knowledge of briefing for creative assets and design lead times.
