About the role

  • Define and evolve the product vision and strategy, connecting user needs to business objectives;
  • Lead continuous discovery, validating problems, hypotheses, and solutions using data and research;
  • Structure and lead an experiments backlog;
  • Analyze usage and behavioral data to identify bottlenecks and scaling opportunities;
  • Define and track product KPIs;
  • Work closely with Marketing, Data, Technology, and Commercial teams;
  • Lead ceremonies and ensure clear communication with stakeholders and executives;
  • Build business cases and analyses to support strategic decisions;
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality deliveries, balancing discovery and delivery.

Requirements

  • Experience in SaaS B2C or B2B2C.
  • Experience with monetization, pricing, or freemium models.
  • Strong analytical skills and mastery of growth metrics (conversion, retention, churn, CAC, LTV).
  • Experience with analytics tools.
  • Highly autonomous and proactive.
  • Strong results- and impact-oriented profile (experience with A/B testing and a data-driven culture).
  • Experience with prioritization and discovery frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Knowledge of AI/LLMs applied to product.
