About the role

  • Develop communication strategies aimed at meeting the company’s commercial and institutional objectives;
  • Plan and execute the communication strategy for product launches and evergreen products, focusing on business results;
  • Research and stay up to date on digital marketing communication strategies;
  • Monitor competitors to enable more accurate strategic planning, always aligned with business objectives;
  • Review communications, graphic materials, and videos in accordance with brand positioning, ensuring quality and excellence in deliverables;
  • Prepare briefings for the team, presenting communication strategies to align with objectives and expected results;
  • Prepare debriefings to identify improvement opportunities in implemented projects;
  • Manage project management platforms and tools for the team's deliverables;
  • Track KPI performance for projects and results, making strategic adjustments to drive continuous improvement across each business unit (BU).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher;
  • Previous experience with info-products and end-to-end product launches;
  • Excellent communication, dynamism, negotiation skills, and resilience;
  • Proven leadership skills.
