About the role

  • Support the planning and execution of communication strategies aimed at meeting the business's commercial and institutional objectives;
  • Assist in planning and executing the entire communication strategy for product launches and evergreen (ongoing) campaigns, focusing on business results;
  • Research and stay up to date on digital marketing communication strategies;
  • Monitor competitors to enable more accurate strategic planning, always aligned with business objectives;
  • Review communications, graphic materials, and videos in accordance with brand positioning to ensure quality and excellence of deliverables;
  • Help plan and prepare briefings for the team, presenting proposed communication strategies so everyone aligns with objectives and expected results;
  • Support the planning and creation of briefings to clarify opportunities for improvement in developed projects;
  • Manage project management platforms and the team's delivery tools;
  • Monitor project KPIs and results, and make strategic adjustments to continually improve outcomes for each business unit (BU).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed);
  • Previous experience with infoproducts and end-to-end launches;
  • Excellent communication, dynamism, negotiation skills, and resilience.
