About the role

  • Support the organization and logistics of trainings (schedules, invitations, attendance lists and materials);
  • Assist with updating and organizing user databases and project/initiative stakeholder lists;
  • Support the production and organization of informational materials and internal communications, under the guidance of the responsible team;
  • Support the organization of internal engagement events (meetings, workshops, roundtable discussions, live streams and webinars);
  • Consolidate information and assist in preparing basic monitoring reports (attendance, feedback and records);
  • Support administrative routines for the area, such as deadline tracking, document organization and assisting with team requests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communication, Marketing or related fields;
  • Technical qualification in Human Resources will be considered;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Organized and comfortable handling administrative and operational tasks;
  • Previous experience (internships, academic projects or temporary roles) in Change Management, Human Resources or administrative areas.
