About the role

  • Assist in creating and validating informational content (digital and printed materials);
  • Support communication strategy by participating in brainstorms and co-creation of ideas;
  • Produce simple graphic pieces, such as announcements, presentations, etc.;
  • Collaborate on basic image and video editing for internal campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Communication, Marketing, Design, or related fields;
  • Basic knowledge of design tools (Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing (Premiere or similar);
  • Familiarity with internal communication, engagement, and change management concepts;
  • Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and basic digital tools knowledge;
  • Preferred:
  • Previous experience (internship or projects) in Change Management, Internal Communication, or Human Resources;
  • General knowledge of Digital Marketing and social media;
  • Intermediate English.
