About the role

  • Structure reports and perform analyses on the performance and impact of marketing channels (email, WhatsApp, SMS, web push) on results;
  • Monitor, analyze and recommend actions to optimize and improve the performance of marketing and sales journeys;
  • Ensure data consistency and segmentation criteria for journey activation;
  • Collaborate with CRM and commercial teams and propose optimizations for lead/data handoff processes between tools;
  • Master the processes implemented in Salesforce and the marketing automation tool to support the team in executing campaigns and actions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Marketing, Social Communication, Languages, Business Administration or related areas;
  • Systemic thinking and logical reasoning;
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, RD Station, Marketing Cloud, Insider, HubSpot or others);
  • Advanced Office skills (especially Excel);
  • Strong differential: knowledge of Data Visualization (Power BI or Looker), Python and API calls.
