About the role

  • Define and execute the growth strategy for iClinic;
  • Map, prioritize and optimize the full funnel (acquisition, activation, conversion and retention);
  • Build and lead the experimental backlog (A/B tests, onboarding, pricing, freemium, trials, new channels);
  • Analyze usage and behavior data to identify bottlenecks and scaling opportunities;
  • Work closely with Marketing, Data, Engineering and Sales;
  • Evolve models for:
  • Self-service for individual doctors and small clinics
  • Strategies for larger clinics
  • Organic growth and product-led growth

Requirements

  • Proven track record of data-driven experimentation and funnel optimization.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong analytical skills and mastery of growth metrics (conversion, retention, churn, CAC, LTV).
  • Experience with analytics tools and metrics tracking.
  • Ability to operate with high autonomy in less structured environments.
  • Strongly results- and impact-oriented profile.
