About the role

  • Develop graphic and digital assets for campaigns, social media, presentations, institutional materials, and digital products;
  • Expand visual identities across different channels and formats;
  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and quality standards;
  • Support the creation and maintenance of visual guides and asset libraries;
  • Collaborate with copywriters, marketing, product, and performance teams;
  • Review and mentor deliverables from junior professionals;
  • Use AI tools to support creative work, generate variations, automate tasks, and improve efficiency;
  • Organize files, version control, and project documentation;
  • Ensure deadlines and priorities are met;
  • Operate according to internal policies, compliance, and information security;
  • Maintain confidentiality of information in accordance with Afya's Code of Ethics;
  • Act in accordance with Afya's values in day-to-day work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Advertising, Visual Communication, or related fields;
  • Proven experience in graphic or digital design;
  • Hands-on experience creating assets for digital campaigns, social media, presentations, landing pages, and institutional materials;
  • Proficiency with design tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar);
  • Ability to adapt layouts to different formats and channels;
  • Consistent use of AI tools applied to visual creation, reference generation, layout variations, workflow optimization, and productivity;
  • Experience with visual identity, brand books, and brand adaptations;
  • Experience in conversion-oriented design (CRO, basic UX);
  • Experience working in agile environments and squads;
  • Ability to support and mentor junior designers.
