About the role

  • Ensure full readiness and feasibility of campaigns prior to launch;
  • Align campaigns with internal teams (commercial/sales, product, channels, legal, etc.);
  • Liaise with vendors and external partners;
  • Oversee procurement processes, budgeting and negotiations (gifts, vouchers, promotional materials, etc.);
  • Support the development of promotional rules and mechanics;
  • Ensure campaign rules, discount percentages and commercial terms are approved and formalized;
  • Organize and track pre-campaign milestone timelines;
  • Ensure all required deliverables are aligned and delivered on time;
  • Document workflows and lessons learned to standardize future campaigns.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in marketing, campaigns or project management;
  • Experience with cross-functional processes and stakeholder interfaces;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Organized with strong deadline management.
  • Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with promotional activities, campaign regulations or partner campaigns;
  • Experience with procurement and vendor negotiations;
  • Basic knowledge of marketing planning.
