About the role
- Map and qualify leads that match the business profile (active and reactive prospecting);
- Conduct consultative, personalized outreach with a strategic pitch tailored to the client's profile;
- Identify decision-makers and the client's main pain points;
- Schedule strategic meetings with the sales team or solution specialists;
- Record activities and interactions in the CRM with accuracy and efficiency;
- Support Commercial Intelligence;
- Contribute strategic insights gathered during prospecting to support commercial intelligence;
- Produce analytical reports on the performance of commercial activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred;
- Previous experience in B2C;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Analytical ability to interpret data and produce strategic reports;
- Organized, autonomous, with a hunter mindset;
- Preferred: CRM experience (we use Salesforce);
- Plus: experience with healthcare products;
- Availability: Monday–Thursday 08:00–18:00, Friday 08:00–17:00, and scheduled on-call shifts on Saturdays.
