About the role
- Quality monitoring of support tickets within the Support team to ensure the effectiveness of customer interactions according to established criteria;
- System training for the Commercial (Sales) team, for new hires and periodic refreshers;
- Report to area coordinators on key opportunities identified;
- Design and deliver targeted training based on new product launches and/or updates to area processes;
- Maintain and develop the intranet;
- Build strong relationships with partner business areas;
- Ensure goals and deadlines are met and promote engagement in product and process trainings;
- Drive greater issue-resolution capability for the Commercial team in every customer interaction;
- Develop training materials for technical and practical sessions focused on products and skills development;
- Ensure all team members have full knowledge of the products offered by the company and of internal processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (completed);
- Preferred experience in customer service and people management;
- Experience preparing and enabling the team to conduct trainings with clients;
- Experience developing content for technical and practical trainings focused on products and skills development;
- Strong knowledge of Training & Development (T&D);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for data and metrics analysis, visualization, and presentation creation;
- Design skills (desirable).
