About the role

  • Support ROL planning, interacting directly with the Business Units (BUs);
  • Participate in the preparation and monitoring of the budget and forecast projections;
  • Map and analyze performance indicators and the sales funnel, generating insights for Directorates;
  • Map and optimize internal management processes within the area.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics or related fields;
  • Experience in the field;
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (PivotTables, advanced functions);
  • Ability to interact with stakeholders across different areas (Commercial, Business Units);
  • Strong logical reasoning and ability to extract insights from large volumes of data;
  • Knowledge of BI tools, SQL and Python; English proficiency will be considered a plus.
