About the role
- Participate directly in the construction and implementation of new processes;
- Customize, automate and integrate the ServiceNow platform with other company systems;
- Understand business-area processes;
- Translate these processes into requirements and technical specifications.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in progress or completed (Bachelor's degree);
- Experience in support and maintenance of the RM TOTVS ERP;
- Knowledge of SQL databases, including writing and executing queries.
