About the role
- Support the development of strategy and decision-making for the Product and Design teams.
- Identify problems and opportunities in product user experience through quantitative and qualitative research.
- Serve as a core support role that will impact the outcomes of features, products, and business strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge and mastery of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
- Experience with field research techniques and methodologies.
- Previous experience in building digital products.
- Experience facilitating co-creation sessions with cross-functional teams.
- Extensive knowledge of ResearchOps.
