About the role
- Plan and conduct discovery activities to identify and map relevant opportunities and pain points of our users and clients through user research and interviews;
- Propose and take part in experimenting with hypotheses and concepts, validating them through user research, A/B tests, multivariate tests, split tests, or other validation methods, to help inform product strategy;
- Collaborate in defining success metrics and monitor them through recurring follow-ups to support business decisions and direction;
- Use data in the project development process to formulate hypotheses and support design decisions;
- Facilitate workshops and ideation activities with the team to guide product development and encourage multidisciplinary collaboration;
- Execute and oversee user research processes, applying insights to product construction and optimization;
- Build and iterate experiences that align with business objectives and user needs to drive product strategy;
- Define new flows; create interfaces using our design system; create low-, mid-, and high-fidelity prototypes when needed; perform handoff and follow up on implementation.
Requirements
- Completed higher education (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent);
- Portfolio demonstrating real impact on business and user experience, including cases in strategy, journey simplification, and product evolution;
- Strong experience in UI design, with cases involving design systems, mockups, prototypes, and microinteractions;
- Systemic business perspective and deep understanding of user pain points and needs aligned with business requirements;
- Strong command of design principles and heuristics, UX/UI best practices, and proficiency in Figma;
- Experience in product discovery and developing digital products in web and mobile environments;
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and facilitate product decisions using clear, well-structured arguments;
- Knowledge of product metrics and KPIs, and how to use them to guide design decisions;
- Curious mindset to explore and experiment with AI tools and technologies;
- Interest in staying up to date on AI trends and applying them to design challenges.
