• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for ServiceUp's API platform, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Manage inbound integrations: work with external partners and vendors to understand API offerings, prioritize integration opportunities, and oversee development of consumed APIs.
• Manage outbound integrations: lead design, development, and management of ServiceUp's APIs to be robust, scalable, and well-documented.
• Cross-functional collaboration: serve as primary API contact across engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations to launch initiatives and gather requirements.
• Ecosystem & partner management: cultivate partner ecosystem, accelerate partner onboarding, ensure seamless developer experiences, and act as technical liaison for API inquiries.
• Bridge technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure a reliable, scalable, and secure platform foundation that enables innovation and business growth.
