About the role
- take a central role in one of our upcoming teams working with state of the art RBS (Radio Base Station) and Cloud&RAN Radio Access Network development
- lead a team working on telecom RBS related development with increasing cloud integration
- guide team members in modern C++ (C++11 or later) development practices
- ensure delivery of high-quality code and integration using tools like GIT, Gerrit, Jenkins
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and timelines
- mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth and technical excellence
- ability to evaluate and integrate new technologies into existing systems
Requirements
- 9+ years of experience
- at least 4 years in modern C++
- strong background in Telecom RBS development, including L1/L2 protocols and 3GPP/Multi Standard Radio Architecture
- strong grasp of embedded systems and real-time constraints
- familiarity with Linux platforms (Yocto, RedHat)
- excellent communication skills in English
- experience in C# or Python (nice to have)
- experience in cloud-native technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, microservices (nice to have)
- good understanding of networking protocols (IPv6, DHCPv6) (nice to have)
