About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and coordinate the organization's quality approach
- Ensure consistency at all levels of the organization and its environment
- Lead the quality management system within a continuous improvement framework
- Advise stakeholders across the organization
- Manage the quality system by defining and measuring performance indicators in accordance with ISO 9001
- Monitor customer satisfaction by conducting surveys, analyzing feedback, and making recommendations
- Conduct internal and external audits in collaboration with operational teams
- Advise and support teams on management system matters
- Lead risk analysis and recommend action plans
- Maintain quality documentation and ensure regulatory monitoring.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's degree (Engineering or Master) in Quality, Project Management, or Process Optimization
- Minimum 5 years' experience in quality and project coordination
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Dynamic and meticulous; comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
