About the role
- Works with a wide variety of specialized security systems and software including refining guidelines and procedures
- Research, analyze, and recommend software to rectify security deficiencies
- Conduct audits as required by multiple Federal and State regulations, eg., SOX, HIPAA, GLBA, PCI, and applicable industry directives
- Complete the rollout of new software for the team to include training, procedures, and other change management activities
- Participate on project teams while representing the Security Administration group, ensuring the project team follows Global Security policies and procedures
- Work with members of IT management to provide effective mitigation of reported security concerns
- Performs other duties as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Security or other related field
- Four or more years of relevant technical work experience that has provided an understanding of security issues, software, and techniques across all existing computer platforms
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
