About the role
- Build, enhance, and maintain effective relationships with client organizations
- Manage and monitor the account health of assigned block of business
- Develop and maintain written records regarding administrative support of the account
- Act as a subject matter expert for internal stakeholders
- Perform root cause analysis to correct situations and prevent recurrence
- Analyze and complete reports related to account activity
- Partner with internal business units to address client issues
- Proactively identify new service requirements in response to account administration issues
- Travel to accounts as determined by the account service strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 3-5 years of job-related experience
- Strong project management skills
- Knowledgeable in processes related to acquisition, implementation, service and billing of accounts
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, public speaking, written & verbal communication skills
- Experience with project/timeline management
- Two years Client Manager, Account Executive or equivalent experience (preferred)
- Experience in a service-related area such as client services, sales support (preferred)
- Two years insurance, healthcare, and/or financial industry experience (internal and/or external) (preferred)
