About the role
- Analyzes sold case and underwriting documents to create new case and amendment certificates and policies for complex group life and disability cases
- Provides contract administrative services to internal customer groups
- Acts as a subject matter expert in any contract automation projects
- Manages statutory due dates to meet filing requirements
- Handles complex customer/distributor/broker/colleague queries or service requests
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 5 or more years of product related experience
- 3 or more years of group insurance experience in contract development analysis preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office suite software
