About the role

  • Assist with the development of the annual information security training and communication plan.
  • Coordinate and support the delivery of ongoing security awareness and training through various tools and workshops.
  • Coordinate and interface with various teams to develop security awareness and training content.
  • Implement a positive program that engages employees.
  • Assist with the creation of information security awareness metrics to measure the impact of the awareness program.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Risk Management, Information Security, Information Systems, Compliance, Business Administration or Nexus certificate or related
  • 0 - 2+ years of job related work experience in risk management or information security
  • Project management experience
  • Ability to plan, manage and maintain a complex, organization wide program
  • Display practical knowledge of different message distribution techniques
  • Ability to communicate with and coordinate learning related activities with others
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to adjust to changing priorities while multitasking effectively
  • Ability to articulate security concepts to business users.
