About the role
- Implements and maintains contract management systems and tools to support the entire contract lifecycle
- Monitors and reports on the status of contracts, including milestones, compliance, and renewals
- Collaborates with internal partners to develop contract templates, clauses, and workflows
- Analyze contract performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and maintain functioning relationships with suppliers
- Support the Category Manager with negotiations during sourcing events
Requirements
- Business Administration, Accounting, Information Technology or Supply Chain Management
- 2+ years of professional job-related experience
- Knowledge of sourcing principles, indirect procurement, supplier analysis, RFP, and primary and secondary research methods
- Skilled in conducting financial/cost analysis, business case development, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and decision modeling
- Strong personal computer skills with experience in MS Office
- Experience in SAP and Ariba preferred
- Strong software knowledge: Cloud, Microsoft, Salesforce, SaaS
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) preferred
