About the role
- Develops and delivers training strategies
- Acts as a subject matter expert for the organization
- Identifies and implements process improvements
- Develops and maintains quality controls
- Reviews the department’s key activities to ensure adherence to training expectations
- Performs other duties as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 5 years of job-related experience
- 3 years insurance industry experience (internal and/or external)
- Strong project management skills
- Knowledgeable in Aflac products and services
- Thorough understanding of broker and industry practices
- Strong personal computer skills with experience in Windows-based software
- Excellent verbal/written and presentation skills
- Experience with training needs analysis
- Training delivery and course management skills
