• Design user‑centred workflows and interfaces that support internal users in complex service tasks
• Translate policies, processes, and rules into clear, usable experiences within low-code or configuration driven systems
• Collaborate closely with product owners and engineers to design within real‑world constraints
• Improve and extend existing UI patterns, design systems, and configurable components rather than creating one-off solutions
• Design AI‑assisted and agent‑supported flows that feel understandable, trustworthy, and human
• Apply context‑aware thinking so experiences adapt to role, task, and situation
• Create user flows, wireframes, and high‑fidelity prototypes
• Take part in discovery, user research, and feedback cycles to continuously improve the product
• Contribute to emerging design practices around AI, agentic experiences, and responsible design
• Have some fun along the way
