About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to business and IT goals, and established deadlines and budget.
Identify resource requirements, ensuring resources are acquired and on-boarded efficiently.
Coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.
Build business cases in collaboration with business stakeholders.
Define project objectives, ensure policies, processes and procedures are effectively followed.
Oversee quality control throughout the project life cycle.
Support developing business requirements for ServiceNow and work with the team to develop, test and implement required changes/processes.
Lead the Business Analysis of our internal Service Now requirements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

4-year college/university degree in either information technology, computer science, software engineering, or business management.
Experience in successfully building an IT program management office in a global manufacturing environment.
8-10 years direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of PM process development and execution.
5-8 years direct experience leading IT projects.
Experience leading business transformation and organizational change management initiatives.
Excellent skill in combining project management practices with software development.
Exceptional skill in time management, multitasking, and attention to detail.
Proven leadership skills and excellent communication skills (oral, written and presentation).
Proven experience in developing compelling business cases and delivering expected ROIs.
Proven experience in delivering status reports and presentations to multiple stakeholders at all level of the organization.
