About the role

  • Develop and grow AFL’s sports, entertainment venue, and major airport pipeline.
  • Drive venue-side business development, managing the entire sales lifecycle.
  • Secure long-term venue partnerships for venue-owned DAS, Wi-Fi, and wireless infrastructure solutions.
  • Research, identify, and target sports & entertainment venues aligned with AFL’s offerings.
  • Engage venue owners, operators, and executives to position venue-owned solutions.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in telecommunications or wireless infrastructure business development.
  • Proven experience selling into large venues, preferably sports & entertainment environments.
  • Strong understanding of: DAS, Wi-Fi, Neutral-host wireless models, Carrier-venue commercial dynamics, Private Networks.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and close long-term agreements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of contract scope and requirements for pro-active management of projects and integration into processes.
