About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor and manage active and archived labor law cases.
  • Prepare documents, briefs, and other materials required for drafting defenses and procedural filings.
  • Attend hearings and represent the company as a preposto (company representative), when necessary.
  • Track case progress using the PJe system (Electronic Judicial Process).
  • Support administrative routines for the department, including payment tracking, document organization, and file management.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and management controls, ensuring the department's information is up to date.
  • Interface with different areas of the organization to obtain information and respond to legal requests.
  • Assist the Labor Law legal team with operational and administrative tasks, ensuring deadlines and department requirements are met.
  • Contribute to the organization, standardization, and continuous improvement of the Labor Law department's processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Law degree (completed) or currently enrolled from the 5th semester onward (preferably graduated).
  • Experience in Labor Law.
  • Familiarity with the PJe system (Electronic Judicial Process).
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Considered an advantage:
  • Experience acting as a preposto (company representative) in labor hearings.
  • Knowledge of eSocial.
  • Experience with the Espaider system.
