About the role

  • Execute and manage the Accounts Payable routine, ensuring compliance with deadlines and internal policies.
  • Schedule and execute payments (suppliers, taxes, payroll, services, and others).
  • Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations, ensuring the integrity of balances and financial transactions.
  • Monitor cash flow, tracking inflows and outflows and supporting the company's liquidity management.
  • Post payments in the ERP system and verify payment receipts.
  • Support the monthly financial close, ensuring consistency of information.
  • Manage bank accounts, financial investments, and operational relationships with banks.
  • Identify discrepancies, risks and opportunities for improvement in financial processes.
  • Prepare treasury and accounts payable management reports.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, audits and financial policies.
  • Contribute to automation, standardization and continuous improvement initiatives for processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience in Accounts Payable, Bank Reconciliation and Treasury.
  • Knowledge of cash flow management and financial routines.
  • Intermediate Excel (formulas, pivot tables and data organization).
  • Experience with financial ERP systems (e.g., Totvs, Protheus, or similar).
