About the role
- Lead and conduct internal investigations and coordinate with external law firms.
- Analyze and review policies, codes, and internal regulations.
- Provide Compliance advisory and consulting services.
- Support and engage with internal departments to maintain AFIP’s ethical culture, acting as a culture ambassador.
- Organize and deliver training sessions for employees.
- Monitor and develop department KPIs and indicators.
- Prepare presentations and investigation results for the Ethics Committee.
- Coordinate with internal areas to implement disciplinary measures and other consequences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree: Law, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Postgraduate degree in Compliance and/or Corporate Investigations.
- Prior experience conducting internal investigations.
