Market mapping: monitor competitors, industry, regulatory and technological trends in the health and diagnostic medicine segment.
Research and studies: design and conduct quantitative and qualitative market research, customer satisfaction surveys and research for potential partners.
CRM and commercial data: structure and manage CRM indicators (pipeline, sales funnel, churn, average ticket, NPS, etc.), supporting the commercial team with dashboards and reports.
Competitive intelligence: produce price, portfolio and competitor-differentiator comparisons to support pricing and commercial teams.
Growth and expansion: support the definition of prospecting strategies, customer segmentation, upsell/cross-sell opportunities and regional expansion.
Financial and performance analysis: monitor KPIs (test volumes, margins, logistics costs, delinquency) and propose improvements.
Strategic support: provide data and reports for executive and management decision-making, including presentations for internal and external forums.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Engineering or related fields.
Knowledge of market research (qualitative and quantitative).
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics or similar).
Ability to work with large volumes of data (advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL or BI tools).
Proficiency in basic financial analysis (markup, margin, CAGR, growth metrics).
