- Conducting inpatient coding reviews and SMART audits

Requirements
- RHIA, RHIT, or CCS certification required
- 2–3 years of recent inpatient coding and auditing experience in an acute care setting
- Experience with the SMART Audit tool is essential
- Strong technical skills, including experience with VPNs, multi-factor authentication, and video conferencing tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook (email and calendar) and Excel
- A consistent, reliable work schedule and punctual attendance
- Ability to meet productivity goals while maintaining 95%+ coding accuracy.
