About the role
- Develop and lead the overall recruitment strategy for high-volume staffing operations, ensuring alignment with service leaders.
- Partner with sales and service line leaders to forecast staffing needs and build talent pipelines that support growth.
- Utilize recruitment metrics including fill rate, time to fill, retention, etc. to identify trends within specific skill types and drive data-driven decision making to align recruitment strategy to business objectives.
- Optimize recruitment tools and processes to improve candidate flow and competitiveness.
- Evaluate and optimize technology connecting recruitment and internal staffing across the company including Applicant Tracking System (ATS), HRIS, CRM, and other internal tools.
- Develop and lead retention strategies to reduce turnover among internal staff and field employees.
- Monitor turnover and identify engagement and retention strategies through staff meetings, surveys, exit interviews, trend analysis, and other methods.
- Participate in strategic planning and organizational development.
- Design and manage onboarding programs to ensure consistency, efficiency, and competence.
- Collaborate with service line leaders to ensure new staff receive role-specific training, resources, and support to achieve early success.
- Evaluate onboarding effectiveness through feedback, retention metrics, and new-hire performance outcomes.
- Partner with UASI managers to identify skill gaps and design and implement targeted training solutions.
- Implement development pathways to increase employee engagement and career progression.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience working in a Healthcare staffing or consulting business.
- 7+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a staffing or high-volume hiring environment.
- Strong preference for candidates local to Cincinnati.
- Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and working with shifting priorities.
- Preference for proficiency with Greenhouse or other ATS software.
- Experience designing and implementing onboarding and training programs.
- Proven success managing teams and implementing performance-driven processes.
