Key responsibilities & impact

Drive complex, multi-disciplinary, and highly visible transformation and operational programs
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align strategy, priorities, and key decisions
Implement lean processes and improve ways of working
Establish and run data-driven operational frameworks to measure portfolio performance against OKRs
Enable investment decisions and influence and train teams on effective ways of working
Develop communication strategies for seamless information flow across the organization
Plan change requirements, identify risks, manage dependencies, and establish tools and forums for clarity and efficiency
Identify systemic inefficiencies, experiment with solutions, and promote transparency, visibility, alignment, and accountability

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
8 years of proven experience managing programs, processes, and change management in a technology-focused environment
Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development processes
Organized and strategic approach to collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams
Strong stakeholder management with Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, and other cross-functional teams
Track record of successfully implementing frameworks at scale and building relationships in a remote friendly culture
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consulting skills
Passion and drive to change consumer finance for the better
Prior experience in FinTech, Payments or Commerce is a plus
